Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and present reports based on government and private organization requirements.
- Supply and update MF-CIB reports as requested by MRA.
- Generate necessary reports according to organizational needs and submit to authorities.
- Assist branch-level implementation of Microfin360 software; identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Verify weekly/monthly branch reports, reconcile and file consolidated reports.
- Monitor staff/member/borrower ratios to ensure standards; report any irregularities.
- During branch visits, verify branch data manually and in the software, resolving inconsistencies with support from supervisors.
- Maintain confidentiality of all computerized tasks.
- Assist in annual budget preparation for savings and loan programs according to organizational requirements.

- Avoid unauthorized data sharing; strictly follow organizational protocols.
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Education: Masters/Samaman degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3–4 years in NGO sector, preferably with microfinance and data management experience.
- Age: Maximum 48 years.
